PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
1. Make your reservation by sending me an order request of which items you'd like and the date of your event.
**PLEASE MAKE THE ORDER UNDER YOUR NEW LAST NAME IF YOU ARE CHANGING IT!!
2. Once your reservation is submitted and the booking deposit is paid you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions. PLEASE NOTE: All deposits are 75% of your total order and NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be required to pay the remaining amount 1 week before ship out or pick up.
3. Now, your wedding day/special event has finally arrived! You will ship your flowers on the next business day according to the shipping instructions. If you cannot ship out the following day please make sure to ship out as soon as possible so I can make sure to get your flowers at their best!

4. Once your flowers have been received, I will make sure to notify you and I will begin drying them. The drying process takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your bouquet and flowers.
5. All orders are processed/ completed by the dates that I recieve the bouquet/ flowers. Once I start your order you will be notified that I have began your order. I will update you at every stage of the process as much as I can up until shipout day.
The whole process from start to finish can take up to 40 weeks depending on the size of your order.
